Clear terms, up front.

A thorough vehicle detail typically requires approximately 2–4 hours, depending on the vehicle and services selected. Because each appointment reserves a significant block of time, a $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The deposit is applied in full toward the cost of your detailing service.

JW Mobile Car Detailing Co. kindly requests at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. With at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the $20 deposit.

This policy helps keep the schedule efficient and allows appointment times to remain available for customers who are waiting to book.

JW Mobile Car Detailing Co. is based in Huntersville, NC and proudly serves customers throughout the surrounding area. Travel within a 10-mile radius of Huntersville is included in the service price.

Locations beyond the 10-mile radius may require a small travel fee to help cover additional travel expenses. Any applicable travel fee will be based on distance and confirmed before the appointment.

Prices listed are starting rates based on vehicle size and standard condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, staining or specialized cleaning may require additional time and cost. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work begins.

Oversized or lifted trucks, unusually large vehicles and heavily soiled interiors may require a custom quote.

Many stains can be significantly reduced or completely removed; however, some permanent stains may not come out entirely because of their age, type, or severity. JW Mobile Car Detailing Co. uses safe, effective methods to achieve the best possible result while protecting the vehicle's surfaces.
